The Fine Print

Winter Deposit and Cancellation Policy

An advance deposit payment of Hotel’s first night room rate is due at the time the reservation is booked with a credit card.

Upon hotel check-in payment in full is required for entire reservation room and tax, which is non-refundable. Early departures, and/or changes will result in forfeiture of full payment.

Cancellations and/or changes within 14 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the advance deposit payment.  Cancellations and/or changes made more than 14 days from arrival will result in a $35 service charge per room reserved. Early departures, late arrivals, and any package changes may result in rate and availability changes, or forfeiture of entire package amount.


Holiday Period Deposit and Cancellation Policy
(Applies to all reservations with any nights included in above outlined holiday dates)

When making your reservation prior to December 1, 2008, for December and January  holidays you will be required to pay an advance deposit payment of Lodge’s first night room rate with a credit card. The remaining balance for the entire stay is due in full on December 1, 2008.  Your credit card will be automatically charged for the entire stay unless you make alternative arrangements prior to October 31st.  All reservations not paid in full by by December 1st,  2008 (including credit card declines) will be cancelled and deposits forfeited, without notice. Reservations cancelled on or before December 1st, 2008 will result in a $85 service charge per room reserved.  All reservations made after December 1^st will require payment in full by credit card at the time of booking. Any cancellations, early departures, or reservations changes after December 1^st will result in full forfeiture of entire reservation amount paid. Reservations are non-refundable once paid in full for all room and taxes that apply. In the event of a cancellation, the advance deposit paid in full may not be applied to a future reservation and no refunds can be made. 
February holiday dates follow the same guidelines with January 15^th as the reservation full payment and cut-off date.


Summer Season Deposit and Cancellation Policy

An advance deposit payment equal to the Lodge’s first night room rate is due at the time the reservation is booked with a credit card.   Cancellations and/or changes made more than 48 hours from arrival will result in a $35 service charge per room reserved. Any reservation that is cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit the one night’s deposit.
