Bus Tour Information

• Tours begin from group’s home base. Bus transportation is not included in tour price; however bus company referrals are available. Bus parking is available on inn property.
• Prices are based on groups of 30 or more people.
• All taxes, permits and fees are included in tour pricing.
• Restaurant gratuities are included. Other (tour guide/housekeeping) gratuities are at the discretion of the group.
• Tours are diverse, with itineraries ranging from active to relaxing and reflecting local event schedules. They are subject to weather conditions and road closures (i.e. Tioga Pass programs are available June through October).
• Tour days and itineraries may be interchanged at the inn’s discretion to benefit the group, according to weather conditions, local event schedules and operating hours.
• Groups of more than 30 people receive 1 Complimentary Package.
• Tours begin at 9 a.m. (8:30 a.m. for Yosemite tours).
• All tour packages include daily breakfast buffet at 7 a.m., boxed or picnic lunches, and dinner at the hotel or one of our fine Mammoth Lakes restaurants (unless otherwise stated). Vegetarian meals are available with advance notice.
• Welcome wine reception on the day of arrival
• Light refreshments after each day’s tour
• 2 night midweek packages and special trips are available upon request.
• All rooms are non-smoking.
